The MKE Fit Fair is more than just an event - it’s a growing community built around movement, wellness, and local connection.
We launched our very first Fit Fair back in June, and since then, every event has been packed with energy, great workouts, and incredible people. Our most recent one on September 21st was our biggest yet and it’s been amazing to see how much the Milwaukee fitness community has grown in just a few short months!

Discover and support local wellness brands, fitness studios, and small businesses. It’s free to browse and a great way to connect with Milwaukee’s health and fitness community.1st Phorm Pop-Up Booth - Sample & Learn!
Along with co-hosting the event, I set up a 1st Phorm pop-up booth - sharing free samples of post-workout protein and our crowd favorite Pumpkin Spice protein coffee. It’s a perfect way to refuel after your workout or just try something new that supports your fitness goals!Meet New People
One of the best parts of every MKE Fit Fair is the community. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a wellness enthusiast, or just curious to get started, this is a welcoming space to meet others who love fitness and balanced lifestyle.
